Event Assistant

Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and contributing to successful events in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional events. Help organize event materials, displays, supplies, and promotional resources. Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance. Engage with customers and prospective customers during events. Communicate information about products, services, and promotions. Answer questions and assist with identifying customer needs. Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment. Coordinate with team members to ensure event activities run smoothly. Gather customer feedback and share relevant observations. Assist with customer follow-up activities after events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Previous event, promotional, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required. Additional Information Competitive Salary: $53,000 – $59,000 per year.
