The Sales Associate is responsible for driving membership sales, building strong customer relationships, and supporting daily studio operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, educating prospective members about practitioner-assisted stretching, and helping clients achieve their wellness goals through Stretch Zone services and programs.

• Generate new membership sales through outreach, referrals, networking, and in-studio tours, out bound calling.
• Educate prospective clients on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching and Stretch Zone services
• Follow up with leads, inquiries, and trial sessions to convert prospects into members
• Maintain strong relationships with current members to encourage renewals and referrals
• Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to emails
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in company systems
• Support marketing initiatives, community events, and promotional campaigns
• Ensure the studio remains clean, professional, and welcoming at all times
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
• Collaborate with studio staff and management to create a positive client experience

Experience or background in sales (preferred)

Training provided

Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
