Job Type: Regular Work Location: Best Buy 1535 - Jersey City, NJ 07310 Overview: 2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-time Sales Specialists! Pay: $23.00 per hour Schedule: 20 hours Friday to Sunday (Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm) Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days About the Role: In this exciting role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Meta products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking information on Meta’s products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience. Building relationships within a retail environment and having a technology-first mindset are key as you will train retail associates on new AI apps and tools. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• An interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• The ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale is necessary.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations are crucial.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts is required.
• Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
• Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
