Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working with high school or adolescent populations preferred
• Familiarity with psychoeducational assessments, IEPs, and MTSS/RTI frameworks
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite and engage directly with students and staff

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students
• Participate as a core member of multidisciplinary teams to develop, review, and monitor IEPs
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultative services as needed
• Support implementation of evidence-based intervention strategies
• Work collaboratively with teachers and administrators to promote positive behavioral supports
• Provide guidance for parents, staff, and students regarding social-emotional wellness
