Salary: $25.99 - $26 per hour Shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Education: Bachelors Years of experience: 0 years; Experience level: Experienced Responsibilities Communications Management : Monitor and manage the central accounting and lease email inboxes daily. Triage incoming inquiries, ensure timely responses, and take appropriate actions to resolve issues or elevate requests as needed. Journal Entries & Billing : Prepare, review, and post monthly journal entries, with a specific focus on lease administration and billing cycles. Ensure all entries are accurate and compliant with company accounting standards. Fixed Asset Accounting : Oversee fixed asset activities, including the capitalization, depreciation, tracking, and retirement of assets. Maintain the integrity of the fixed asset ledger. Project Support : Actively participate in and support ad-hoc accounting projects, such as process improvements, system implementations, and month-end/year-end close activities. Client Relations : Serve as a reliable point of contact for accounting inquiries, providing high-quality support and maintaining excellent relationships with internal departments and external clients. Qualifications Analytical Abilities : Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the capacity to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and implement effective solutions. Technical Proficiency : Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, complex formulas, large‑dataset manipulation). Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to interact professionally, confidently, and effectively with personnel at all levels, both internally and externally. Attention to Detail : A high degree of accuracy and meticulousness in data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
