Senior Yardi Systems Analyst

Senior Systems Analyst (Yardi) – San Diego, CA (Hybrid) Realty Income is hiring a subject‑matter expert for Yardi to support, administer, and advance our ERP platform. The position is based in San Diego (Del Mar Heights) headquarters with a hybrid schedule: Monday‑Thursday in‑office, Monday and Friday remote work possible. Remote work may also be considered for candidates outside the San Diego area. Responsibilities Design and run Microsoft SQL Server queries and maintain Yardi schema to correct data discrepancies. Develop and modify Yardi tables, views, and reports, including Yardi YSR reporting when needed. Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 support through the helpdesk for Yardi and Yardi‑integration issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing, ensuring compliance with SOX audit controls and onboarding procedures. Monitor system stability, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions to maintain high reliability. Collaborate with customers and vendors on application feature requests, proposing solutions and coordinating enhancements, upgrades, patches, and testing per change‑management processes. Create custom SQL queries and reports to meet business reporting requirements. Administer Yardi products such as YardiOne, Elevate, and Voyager, ensuring proper setup and integration. Assist in supporting international expansion and ongoing ERP platform operations. Qualifications 5+ years of business application or IT experience with current business‑analysis principles. Proven experience with Yardi Voyager 7 or 8, including report writing and database schema work. Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills and ability to lead solutions that address business problems. Experience planning and managing orderly implementation of system changes. Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Background in commercial real estate or the REIT industry preferred. Familiarity with SaaS integrations (e.g., SharePoint Online) and ITIL and/or PMP certification preferred. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $111,184 – $140,866 – $172,343. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and stock award. The total compensation package is based on experience, skills, performance, and market data.
