Pharmacist - Charlotte, NC

A night shift pharmacist opportunity is available just outside Charlotte, NC, ideal for professionals with hospital experience seeking a rewarding role. This position offers an ASAP start on a 13-week contract with potential to transition to permanent employment.


Schedule:

• Night shifts, 7 PM to 7 AM
• Option for 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts or 7 days on/7 days off shift pattern

Key responsibilities include verifying medication orders, pharmacokinetic dosing, collaborating closely with physicians and nursing staff, and supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain seamless pharmacy operations. Familiarity with EPIC and Pyxis systems is essential to support these functions effectively.


Qualifications and experience sought:

• Active North Carolina pharmacist license
• Approximately 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Comfortable working night shifts and providing clinical support during nighttime hours
