This is a hands‐on leadership position requiring strong operational skills, team development, and the ability to maintain brand excellence every day. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‐solver who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, understands how to manage labor and food cost, and takes pride in running a clean, safe, and profitable operation. Key Responsibilities - Operational Leadership — Oversee all daily store operations and ensure smooth, efficient performance - Labor Management — Maintain targeted labor percentages and schedule effectively - Food Cost Control — Monitor inventory, waste, and ordering to meet food cost goals - Hiring & Recruiting — Source, interview, hire, and onboard team members - Training & Development — Train staff to meet brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service - Small Repairs & Maintenance — Perform minor repairs and coordinate maintenance needs - Brand Integrity — Ensure all products, service, and presentation meet brand requirements - Cleanliness & Safety — Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment at all times - Sales Growth — Drive sales through quality service, community engagement, and local marketing - Local Marketing — Execute store‐level marketing initiatives to increase traffic and awareness Requirements - Minimum 5 years of fast‐casual management experience - Ability to work 50-55 hours per week - Strong understanding of labor control and food cost management - Ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods - Proven leadership, communication, and team‐building skills - Ability to handle minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks - Strong commitment to cleanliness, safety, and brand standards What We're Looking For A leader who: - Takes ownership of the business - Builds strong, motivated teams - Maintains high operational standards - Can balance people, product, and profit - Thrives in a fast‐paced environment - Is reliable, organized, and solutions‐focused How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your management experience.
