What You'll Do

As an Overnight DSP, you'll help ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we serve while providing support as needed throughout the night.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing overnight supervision and support
• Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs
• Administering medications as trained
• Preparing light meals or snacks when needed
• Completing documentation and daily notes
• Responding to individual needs during overnight hours
• Supporting a safe, comfortable, and positive living environment
• Building meaningful relationships with the individuals you support

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED, or 5 years of documented caregiving experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered, insured vehicle
• Ability to pass background checks
• Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach to caregiving
