Unit Details Unit Description
HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital is a 100-bed acute care facility providing the community of Okeechobee and the surrounding areas a full range of medical, surgical and emergency services. This Emergency Room is comprised of 11 beds including 3 in fast-track and sees an annual patient volume of 29,000. Raulerson Hospital has an approximate admission rate of 20% and has an active partnership with its sister facility with a close proximity for Trauma, OB, Neurosurgery, Vascular Surgery and Pediatric support/transfers. It also provides 24 hours of physician coverage as well as 24 hours of Advanced Practice Professional coverage.
