Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Language Requirement: Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail‐oriented Warehouse Clerk with strong mathematical abilities, specifically the ability to perform fractions, measurements, and manual calculations used in inventory, production support, and shipping/receiving tasks. This role supports daily warehouse operations, documentation, and material handling.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and shipments
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution
Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies
Measure materials using fractions and manual calculations
Update logs, labels, and warehouse documentation accurately
Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)
Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols
Communicate with supervisors, drivers, and team members
Assist with loading/unloading and staging materials

Required Skills & Qualifications

Ability to perform fractions, measurements, and basic math without a calculator
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, inventory systems)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Forklift certification
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
Prior shipping/receiving experience
