Restoration Project Manager About the Opportunity A growing and highly respected restoration company is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects following fire, water, storm, and other property damage events. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee projects from initial scope through final completion, ensuring quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, budget adherence, and timely execution. What You'll Do Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and timelines Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field crews Communicate regularly with homeowners, commercial property owners, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders Monitor project progress to ensure quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction Review estimates, change orders, and project documentation Maintain job costing and financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Resolve issues and obstacles quickly while maintaining positive client relationships Conduct site visits and inspections throughout project execution Maintain accurate records within company project management systems What We're Looking For Experience managing construction, restoration, reconstruction, or insurance-related projects Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt to changing circumstances Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Professional demeanor when interacting with customers, vendors, and insurance professionals Preferred Qualifications Restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold, storm, or reconstruction) Construction project management experience Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters Knowledge of Xactimate or similar estimating software Understanding of residential and commercial construction practices IICRC certifications are a plus What Success Looks Like The successful candidate is someone who: Delivers on commitments and follows through on promises Takes ownership of project outcomes Builds trust with customers and trade partners Maintains high standards of quality and professionalism Remains calm and effective under pressure Continuously looks for opportunities to improve processes and results Compensation & Benefits $50,000-$65,000 base salary plus bonus incentives (OTE $55,000-$75,000) Performance-based bonus opportunities 401(k) Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Professional development opportunities Schedule Full-time Primarily field-based with regular job site visits Occasional after-hours responsiveness may be required for emergency situations Apply Today If you're a driven project manager who enjoys leading projects, serving customers, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
