Senior Home Care Sales Liaison

Position Overview
- Develop and manage referral sources to drive private pay client growth
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and community outreach
- Identify new partnership opportunities within the senior care market
- Track referral activity and meet monthly sales goals
- Collaborate with intake and care coordination teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Represent the agency at networking and community events
- 35+ years of healthcare or senior services sales experience (private duty preferred)
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of private pay home care and long-term care funding options
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally
Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus structure.
This is a remote position.
