Compensation:

$100,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized estate plans that align with their goals and protect their assets.
• Conduct thorough legal research to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations, providing clients with the most accurate advice.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, with precision and attention to detail.
• Facilitate client meetings and consultations, offering clear guidance and fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
• Stay informed about changes in estate planning laws and trends, sharing insights with the team to enhance our collective knowledge.
• Represent clients in probate and estate administration proceedings, advocating for their best interests with professionalism and integrity.
• Work closely with our Red Wagon Club to engage with the community, promoting our services and building lasting connections with potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience in estate planning, with a strong understanding of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
