As an Assistant Manager at Little Caesars, you will be fully responsible for the daily operations.
Your role includes:
- Conducting interviews, hiring, and training.
- Ensuring hospitality, speed, and quality execution to increase sales.
- Managing labor, reducing waste, and controlling utilities and supplies.
- Implementing systems and standards daily.
- Promoting positivity and teamwork and recognizing the good in situations and people.
Work schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 10 hour shift
- Weekend availability
- Monday to Friday
- Holidays
- Day shift
- Night shift
