School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. Responsibilities Conduct prehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and munication disorders in students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to address each student's unique munication needs and goals. Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, aligning with Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom and support students' overall academic success. Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and municate effectively with the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Indiana state license or eligibility for licensure. Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is advantageous. Strong munication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
