Swim Instructor / Swim Coach (Part-Time)

Pay: $16.94 – $19.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time
Work Location: In-person

SafeSplash Swim School helps children and families become confident, lifelong swimmers. With warm-water pools, a proven curriculum, and locations across the U.S., we’ve taught over one million swim lessons and continue to grow.
Position Overview
We are looking for energetic and reliable Swim Instructors / Swim Coaches to teach swimming and water safety to children and adults of all skill levels. Training is provided, and no prior swim instruction experience is required.
What You’ll Do
• Teach swim lessons using the SafeSplash curriculum
• Help children and adults build swimming and water safety skills
• Create a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment
• Communicate with parents about student progress
Qualifications
• Swim instruction or aquatic experience preferred but not required
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Must obtain or hold CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (training available)
