Compliance Specialist

The Compliance Specialist ensures that Pluto's healthcare professionals are properly credentialed to comply with all legal, professional and regulatory requirements. The Compliance Specialist will work directly with traveling healthcare professionals and Pluto's internal staff to ensure accurate acquisition and submittal of credentialing documentation to client. The position will report to the Compliance Manager. Responsibilities: Learn internal compliance process to ensure strong understanding of company and client requirements. Work directly with traveling healthcare professionals in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Ongoing meticulous review of compliance documents to ensure accurateness and completeness of files for client facilities. Work with multiple vendors and partner directly to ensure timeliness of compliance requirements. Work with internal staff to obtain incomplete information and/or remedy errors prior to submittal to client. Track compliance document expirations and provide a timeline for healthcare providers so that documents are completed prior to expiring. Provide excellent customer service to our clients and healthcare providers. Perform self-audits to ensure accuracy within scope and proactively minimize potential errors. Learn and maintain knowledge of state, federal and agency regulations to prioritize highest level of compliance standards.
