Operator Technician I Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Sunday )

• Temp to hire Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM) Day Shift ( 6:30AM-6:30PM) Schedule: Flexibility to work assigned shifts across a 7-day operational week, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled. 
• Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
• Monitor machine performance, identify minor issues, and report any malfunctions or production deviations to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to 5S principles.
• Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Complete production logs, reports, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with other production-related tasks and duties as assigned to support overall plant efficiency.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, up to 12 hours per shift.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Operator Technician I Qualifications:

• Non-climate controlled manufacturing facility.
• Proven experience or demonstrated aptitude for machine operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have High school diploma or GED
