We are partnered with a fast-growing logistics and supply chain technology company that is building AI-powered applications to modernize and optimize complex operational workflows. Their platform leverages software, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency across logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations. The engineering team works in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where developers have significant ownership and the opportunity to build products that directly impact business performance.
This role focuses on developing and scaling next-generation full stack applications that support mission-critical supply chain operations. You will work across the entire technology stack, building modern web applications, integrating AI-driven functionality, and designing scalable backend services that power intelligent logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Node.js and React (40%)
- Develop and integrate AI-powered features and services into customer-facing and internal platforms (20%)
- Build backend APIs and microservices that support logistics and supply chain workflows (15%)
- Architect and optimize scalable systems, application performance, and cloud-based infrastructure (10%)
- Integrate third-party platforms, internal systems, and external data sources (10%)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers on technical best practices (5%)
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on full stack development
- Expert-level experience with Node.js and React
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications or features
- Strong understanding of API design, distributed systems, and scalable application architecture
- Experience within logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or a related industry
- Experience working with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams
