Apply today.Position Summary:The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is a qualified employee who provides intermittent services in a patient's place of residence under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). The COTA will provide services in accordance with the patient's plan of care and direction of the licensed OT. Job Requirements Graduate of an approved school giving a course of not less than two years of COTA Must be licensed by the State of Missouri as a COTAMust have at least one year clinical experience as a COTAMust have current CPR certification, valid driver's license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance.
