Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs. Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support. Attend team meetings and trainings. Qualifications: Health and/or life insurance license required. Proven industry experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and results driven. Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check. Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
