Senior Counsel, Remote-First Fintech Partnerships

Coinbase, Inc.

Coinbase is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to join the Business Legal team in a role focused on negotiating and structuring strategic commercial agreements. You will own high-stakes deals in fintech, working with partners across product, sales, and engineering to accelerate timelines while upholding risk controls.

You will build scalable processes, collaborate across functions, and guide business leaders on deal implications in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
