Position Overview: As a Parts Manager you are friendly and eager to work with a team to successfully meet the needs of our clients. You are skilled at pricing competitively, managing inventory and developing and achieving strategic initiative on time. You are a humbly confident team leader with an eagerness to learn and help your team grow. Responsibilities Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts tomaintainoptimalinventory levels Hiring,trainingand developing, andretaininghigh performing team members Monitoring the current parts inventory Pricing parts tomaintainprofitability Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them Helping clients find andpurchasethe correct parts Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs Qualifications Leadership and team management experience Automobile industry experience and inventory knowledge Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Join a dealership group where luxury, performance, and opportunity come together.
