Position: Part-Time Physician (Post-Acute Care)
Location: Waterford, CT
Schedule: 1 day a week—completely customizable to fit your life
Money: Fee-for-service structure with expected earnings of $45,000 - $55,000/year (and no cap if you want to do more) + Paid Malpractice insurance.

What Your Day Looks Like
- Check-Ins: Pop in to see a diverse group of patients and handle routine medical histories and exams. Typically rounding on 15-20 patients a day.
- Brainstorming: Chat with the facility’s nurses and therapists to tweak care plans so patients can successfully recover.
- Connecting: Sit down with families to answer questions, explain next steps, and give them peace of mind.
- Charting: Keep accurate, straightforward notes on patient progress so everyone stays on the same page.
Who You Are
- Licensed: You have an active Connecticut medical license and a DEA number.
- Adaptable: Whether you have years of ER/clinic experience or you’re a fresh residency grad looking for your first step, we’re ready to welcome you.
- Friendly: You are easy to talk to, love working with a tight-knit facility team, and genuinely care about making patient transitions smoother.
