Our work has been featured in major design magazines and popular shows such as Bravo's Million Dollar Listings and Netflix's Selling Sunset.As the leading home staging brand in the country, Vesta leverages its deep design and local market knowledge in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and South Florida to help sell multimillion-dollar properties faster and above the asking price, allowing buyers to seamlessly move into beautifully furnished spaces.General ResponsibilitiesArrive to work area by the scheduled start timeMaintain a positive, professional attitudeAbide by company policies and procedures at all timesAssist in the ongoing cleanliness/organization of the warehouseMaintains a safe work environment and keeps management informed of any safety hazardsUnderstand proper usage of material handling equipmentOther assignments and tasks as assigned by manager or supervisorFollow all SOPs governing the tasks involved with successfully completing the duties assignedEssential FunctionsUnderstands the handling and protection of our productsUnderstand proper usage of material handling equipmentCapable of performing basic cleaning and refurbishing of productsAssist with loading/unloading trucks/containers consisting of boxes/packages of product/suppliesAssist with Quality Control on products throughout the distribution processFull recognition of inventory SKU and S/N designations and proceduresUnderstanding of product specific parameters such as fabrics, materials, and finishes, etc.Data Entry and System Updates on all WMS platforms (Eames/CRM/Asset Manager/Internal)Can perform all Scanning functions and understanding of process flow through the Management Application.Execute daily warehouse Cycle Counts and assist in the management and reporting of Warehouse bin accuracy levelsProcessing Incoming PO's (Barcoding new Products and assign items proper Project Reservations.Operate and function in all web based WMS applications and web based data analysis tools in order to keep accurate records and review of all inventory movementManagement in maintaining the accuracy of our inventory to ensure that the Virtual location and status of an item within the WMS matches the physical location and physical condition of the items.Troubleshooting barcodes for reconciling and retagging of productPerform any product movements in the warehouse both through scanning functions as well as systematically using our WMS systemsConduct in home Inventory audits for Furniture and data accuracyData Analysis - Warehouse reporting for discrepanciesAssist the Manager in new team member trainingRequired Education and ExperienceHS diploma or equivalent, minimum of 2 years of warehouse inventory management experience preferredEquipment UsedLaptop, RFid/barcode readers, Pallet Jack, Dollies, 4-Wheelers, Panel Carts, ForkliftsScheduleMonday - Friday8:00 AM - 4:30 PMBenefitsHealth insurance (medical, dental, vison)401k (no company match)6 company paid holidays5 PTO daysPaid Maternity LeaveTraining and Development PlansReferral bonus for warehouse and logistics
