Job Requirements Starting Pay Range: $16.00 to 17.00 hourly Flexible The Welcome Desk Attendant at the Mary C. Winder Center is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for all who visit. Your ability to build positive relationships with community members and enforce policies with fairness will set the tone for exceptional experiences for all Oneida Nation Community Members. What you will do as a Welcome Desk Attendant:

- Provides exceptional customer service to all Community Center patrons by effectively answering any questions or directing to proper area for answers.
- Ensures the enforcement of the Community Center's policies and procedures for all patrons, including risk and safety policies, dress code, and registration requirements.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of the member management system. Processes transactions and registrations with minimal error.
- Effectively answers any questions; or directs patrons to proper areas for answers to questions while at the Center or while answering phone call.
- Conducts or assigns facility tours upon request.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience. Must possess the ability to count money and make correct change. Ability to use Point of Sale system required.
- Certification (or become certified) in basic First Aid, CPR, AED.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
