Responsibilities

Conduct client interviews to assess needs and provide tailored solutions.
Leverage our network of 300+ top carriers to create customized plans.
Educate the community on available benefits and financial safeguards.
Provide ongoing support, including claims assistance and follow-up.
Stay informed on industry updates and benefit changes.
Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up .

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Proficiency in MS Word, Email programs
Drive to be an advocate for your community
