Job Description:
Resolve Diamondback is looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse who is committed to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
We are currently hiring for:
- 6:30PM - 6:00AM (NOC)
- 6:00AM - 6:30PM (DAYS)
- Full-time | Part-Time | PRN Available
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document resident conditions
- Communicate changes in condition to the clinical team
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support residents and families with compassionate care
Qualifications:
- Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and resident-focused
- Same day pay available through TapCheck
- Complimentary staff meals each shift
- Advanced clinical environment serving high acuity residents, including Dialysis, IV therapy, PICC lines, Midlines, Chest Tubes, Bronchoscopies, and drains
- Private resident rooms for a safe and comfortable care setting
License/Certification:
- LPN License (Required)
