Chargeback Resolution Analyst Compensation:
- Payrate: $40.00 per hour
- Onsite M-Thurs, WFH Friday
Chargeback Resolution Analyst Responsibilities:
• Review, research, and resolve chargeback claims, sales tracing discrepancies, and direct pricing claims.
• Validate claim data and investigate exceptions. • Communicate with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders regarding claim status and resolution. • Maintain accurate claim documentation and records. • Generate reports and identify recurring issues or trends. • Utilize ERP systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations. • Meet established productivity, quality, and service level expectations.Chargeback Resolution Analyst REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 year experience preferred in Commercial Contracting or Chargeback Operations preferably • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with SAP, AS400, Vistex, Power BI, or similar systems is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.If you think this Chargeback Resolution Analys position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
