Business Office Assistant

Tutera Senior Living and Health Care

Overview Business Office Assistant – Carnegie Village Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. FT 12p-8p. What Will You Do in This Role? As a Business Office Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Office Manager and the overall management of business office activities in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations. You will also coordinate with the Business Office Manager on managing insurance payments, including private, Medicare, Medicaid, and other managed care; manage refunds for accounts receivable, and maintain appropriate logs and reports, not limited to resident funds, census records, and case accounts.
