Family Nurse Practitioner

Overview Fast Pace Health seeks a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and urgent care to patients across the lifespan in our rural community clinics. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients across the lifespan Conduct histories, physical exams, and develop evidence-based treatment plans Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and imaging Manage chronic conditions and provide preventive care and screenings Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health promotion Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Document all encounters accurately in the EMR and maintain regulatory compliance Participate in quality improvement and clinical best-practice initiatives Support Fast Pace Health’s mission of compassionate, community-focused care Family practice clinical assessment Primary care diagnosis and treatment Chronic disease management Pediatric and adult urgent care Electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Ordering and interpreting labs and imaging Evidence-based care planning Patient and family education Care coordination and referrals Population health in rural settings Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Current, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in state of practice National board certification as FNP (AANP or ANCC) Graduate of accredited nurse practitioner program Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred Eligibility for DEA registration Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k #J-18808-Ljbffr Interfaco Ltd
