Position: IT Help Desk Technician Location: Cincinnati, OH InverseTech.com is seeking a full-time IT Help Desk Support Technician. The role involves opening support tickets, identifying issues, and assigning tickets related to IT Voice and Data Infrastructure, E-Call Systems, and Wireless support. The ideal candidate has some experience, but motivation and a willingness to learn are key. Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in Help Desk Support or IT Support Process-driven with attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Experience with troubleshooting telecommunications networks (preferred) Experience with ticketing systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Outstanding customer service and teamwork skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills Availability for after-hours / on-call support #J-18808-Ljbffr
