Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania, Maryland, or Washington D.Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery

• Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms
• Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements
• Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting

Full time Pay Range 29.10 - $74.78 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
