Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians! ** For this client they require an RBT**
the client is 19 years old and needs services 12 hours a week.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to advance your career, we’ll be there every step of the way— Please have an active **RBT Certification** and help you pursue a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
What You’ll Do:
- Work one-on-one with clients in their home
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Communicate with supervising BCBAs and provide updates to families
- Foster growth, independence, and meaningful progress in the lives of the children we serve
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a background check
- A passion for helping others and a desire to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field
- Prior experience in ABA, childcare, teaching, or working with children with special needs
- Completion of a 40-hour RBT training and have an active **RBT Cert**
