- We are seeking a Full Stack Python Developer with strong Python development and debugging expertise.
- The ideal candidate should be able to understand and troubleshoot legacy codebases, enhance existing code without unnecessarily redesigning it, and resolve production issues through strong root-cause analysis.
- The ideal profile is not simply a Python developer-it's a Python engineer who can inherit an old codebase, understand it quickly, stabilize it, and safely build on top of it.
- Perform strong Python development and debugging.
- Understand and troubleshoot legacy codebases.
- Enhance existing code without unnecessarily redesigning it.
- Perform strong root-cause analysis and production issue resolution.
- Fix, maintain, and extend existing applications.
- Follow established/legacy coding patterns and frameworks.
- Develop new functionality in the same legacy style for compatibility and consistency.
- Work with APIs, databases, logging, exception handling, and integrations.
- Read code effectively and quickly understand undocumented code.
- Provide production support and incident resolution.
- Perform performance troubleshooting.
- Balance "fix what exists" vs. "build new" without introducing unnecessary modernization risks.
- Experience Required: 8-10 Years
- Required 4 to 7 years in Python.
