We are a boutique , owner-operated firm managing Class A communities in some of Atlanta’s most sought-after, BeltLine-connected neighborhoods—including Inman Park, West Midtown, and Old Fourth Ward—where our teams have direct access to leadership and the ability to truly make an impact. We're currently seeking a Leasing Consultant for one of our newest communities, a lease-up property in East Lake. This is a high-energy opportunity for a strong closer to help drive this community from the ground up and make a lasting impact from day one. What You’ll Do

• Be the face of the community—welcome prospects and deliver exceptional tours that convert to leases
• Build genuine relationships with residents and prospects
• Follow up on leads with urgency and intention
• Close leases confidently and contribute to occupancy goals
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings
• Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure all communications are timely and professional
• Bring energy, personality, and professionalism to everything you do

What We’re Looking For

• High-energy, outgoing, and confident communicator
• A strong closer with a proven ability to convert prospects into signed leases
• Thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
• Strong multitasker with attention to detail
• Organized with excellent follow-up skills
• Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience with Entrata or similar systems is a plus
