Overview Saguaro Therapy Services PLLC is a small and quickly growing private practice serving the Tucson and surrounding area communities. We prioritize you and your goals! Our ideal COTA is looking for a flexible schedule with the option to work part time or full time. COTA will travel to clients’ homes to provide homebased care. We prioritize work life balance as well as growth! New graduates are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities Follow occupational treatment plans for patients/students under the direction of the supervising OT Utilize therapy software, chart appropriately and timely Maintain professional working relationships with all team members Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information Provide home-based care to clients in their homes Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients Sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours Qualifications Must be a graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy Must be currently registered/licensed in Arizona Must have current CPR and First Aid Training Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail Must be able to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the facility Maintains professional working relationships with all team members Must exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients Job Details Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: Bonus based on performance; Flexible schedule; Training & development; relocation bonus; Wellness resources; Company parties; Competitive salary Schedule: Choose your own hours Work Location: On the road Medical Specialty: Home Health; Pediatrics #J-18808-Ljbffr SAGUARO THERAPY SERVICES PLLC
