Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing client in Defiance, Ohio. As a Production Supervisor, you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that production runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will oversee and support production teams, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and maintain quality, efficiency, and safety standards on the production floor. Shift Schedule

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Overnight schedule supporting continuous production operations

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production and packaging operations
• Lead, coach, and support team leads and production associates
• Monitor and enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Troubleshoot production, process, or equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance
• Monitor staffing levels and workflow to meet production goals
• Track production data and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience in production and manufacturing required
• Experience in a plastic injection molding environment strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
• Flexibility to support overnight operations and business needs
