Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a long-term care setting. Prior experience as an MDS coordinator with demonstrated expertise.Be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.Previous long-term care experience preferred.Able to tactfully communicate and management staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.Regular, dependable, and reliable attendance.
