Were seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician to join our Final Assembly team. In this role, youll be responsible for assembling and integrating mechanical components into fully finished products. You will play a key role in ensuring that each unit meets our quality standards before it leaves the floor. Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical systems and subassemblies using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Perform final fit, torque, and testing procedures to ensure functionality
- Work with basic hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Follow build procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and interpret assembly instructions
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Comfortable using hand tools, drills, and measurement devices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with pneumatics, hand tools, or basic wiring
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
- Basic knowledge of torque specs and fastener types
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing
