Location: Pasadena, TX
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Rotating 12-Hour Dupont Schedule
Shifts: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM / 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
LINK Staffing is hiring an experienced Blending Operator / Production Operator for a manufacturing facility in Pasadena, TX. This is a hands-on industrial production position working with resin blending, mixing equipment, extrusion processes, and material handling .
Candidates must have previous industrial blending or mixing experience and be able to work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts.

- Hands-on resin blending and extrusion experience
- Established industrial manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial blending and mixing equipment
- Measure, stage, and load resin and other raw materials
- Load and handle bulk materials, including 50 lb. bags
- Monitor and support extrusion equipment during production
- Package and label finished products
- Collect samples and perform basic quality checks
- Complete routine equipment checks and maintain a clean work area
Requirements
- Previous industrial blending or mixing equipment experience required
- Previous manufacturing, production, or plant experience
- Ability to work rotating 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM shifts
- Ability to work up to 60 hours per week when required
- Ability to regularly lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
- Ability to safely work around industrial machinery and production equipment
