Enterprise Project Requirements Specialist Primary Location: Grand Rapids, MI | Employee Status: Full-Time | Workplace Type: Hybrid About this Position The Enterprise Project Requirements Specialist is responsible for providing business analysis and support, partnering with development teams to create innovative technology solutions, and ensuring quality software and expert support to business units. Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between business operations, internal IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Work with internal customers to fully understand their business needs and provide the most appropriate responses to inquiries. Act as a technical communicator, translating and ensuring clarity and consistency on action items. Facilitate discussions and conduct regular meetings to inform stakeholders of upcoming changes and ensure cross-departmental engagement. Evaluate business unit processes, uncover areas of improvement, and provide relevant expertise and analysis. Collaborate with Application Support, IT infrastructure, and development teams to optimize applications for stability, reliability, and scalability. Assist with business reporting and analysis. Manage multiple short- and long-term projects, priorities, and problem‑solving with cross‑functional groups. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects. Adhere to and champion core values of curious minds, collaborative hearts, and continuous excellence. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year in IT or IS experience with at least 3 years in a Business Analyst role. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, present, and communicate with diverse audiences. Strong project management skills and detailed record keeping. Excellent planning, organizational, and time‑management skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work with both Business and IT resources to identify requirements. Ability to lead requirement sessions and clearly document requirements.
