BCBA Assessor

Heartlinks ABA NC seeks a BCBA Assessor to lead high-quality ABA assessment and treatment planning for children with autism in home, school, and community settings. In this role, you will conduct FBAs and standardized ABA assessments, design individualized behavior and skill acquisition plans, and provide data-driven clinical oversight. You will collaborate closely with families, technicians, and a multidisciplinary team, offer training and coaching, and uphold BACB ethical standards in a compassionate, family-centered, and growth-oriented environment focused on meaningful outcomes.
