Hudson on the Greenway is hiring a Housekeeper to help keep our apartment community clean, welcoming, and move-in ready.

What You'll Do

Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
Keep common areas, offices, and amenities clean and presentable
Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment
Maintain assigned tools and work areas
Provide professional, friendly service to residents and team members
Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED
Housekeeping or custodial experience preferred; multifamily, hotel, or commercial experience is a plus
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable walking the property and working outdoors as needed
Ability to climb stairs and ladders
Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. occasionally
Comfortable working with cleaning supplies and equipment
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
