Your Role
  • Create Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design individual treatment strategies aimed at achieving their functional objectives
  • Implement Effective Interventions: Apply evidence-based techniques to empower patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and everyday life activities
  • Engage in Team Collaboration: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic care
  • Educate Patients and Families: Equip patients and their support systems with knowledge about therapy methods to bolster continual progress outside of sessions
  • Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt therapy plans as needed to ensure adherence to their rehabilitation journey
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications
Certifications
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
