Fleet Operations SupportThe Mission Readiness team is looking for a dedicated individual to support daily fleet operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our vehicles and test site are maintained to a high standard, meeting regulatory requirements, and supporting our operational testing needs.Required Skills & Qualifications2 - 4 years of work experienceAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items aroundAbility to go up and down stairs, as well as stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, kneel, and reach during shiftsMust have a valid driver's license with a clean/excellent driving recordPossess a "get it done" attitude and a sense of urgency to resolve problems and tasksProven ability to problem solve and deliver in high-pressure situationsProven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deliverablesExcellent written/verbal communication skillsWorks well in a team environmentMust comply with the Substance Abuse PolicyPass a background check, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check, and drug screenPrior work experience at client or in client's industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Preferred Skills & QualificationsTechnical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repairProficiency with Jira/Confluence/MS Office/Google SuitesExperience working in a fast-paced environmentDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesSupporting company milestones and optimizing drive operations across multiple locationsEnsure the vehicles, equipment, and workplace are clean and ready for useProvide logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipmentAssist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readinessPerform routine fueling of our test vehicles and supporting equipmentExecute mission prep procedures, including launching software across several devices per vehicle, verifying SW and HW configurations, capturing requested data, and escalating issuesSupport the readiness of spare parts and the associated inventoryProvide support with direct ingesting vehicles as well as deploying SWProvide hands-on technical support to the BaseOps technicians (fluid changes, part replacements, wiring checks, etc.)General testing support (documentation, pre-mission assistance, cone courses, obstacles, traffic control, support vehicle driving)
