This position involves providing skilled perioperative care within the organizations surgical units. The role requires adapting to variable start times and floating between designated facilities, ensuring patient safety and efficient surgical procedures. Job Details Certifications, Education, and Experience: ACLS*, BLS, at least 1 year of OR experience, valid state license (compact license accepted), and able to start on 09/21/2026 for a contract ending on 12/21/2026. Schedule: Days shift with 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week. Responsibilities: Provide perioperative nursing care, assist with surgical procedures, manage patient safety, and support interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, and pharmacy. Float: Float rotation may be required between Santa Rosa and Petaluma. Additional Information: Must be willing to work on-call weekends, including holidays. Candidates must have strong orthopedic skills, particularly in ORTHO 3s and 4s, as this is a strict requirement.
