We’re looking for an Project Manager with commercial experience to oversee tenant improvements, ground-up construction, renovations, remodels, and a mixed project portfolio. Working independently with executive oversight, this role owns the full project lifecycle—from planning and coordination through execution, punch list management, and closeout—while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects across tenant improvements, ground-up construction, renovations, and remodels.
• Own full project lifecycle management from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.
• Review construction drawings, scopes, and budgets to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Monitor project budgets, progress, manpower, and materials.
• Coordinate subcontractors and hold them accountable to contracts, schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve field issues involving existing conditions, design conflicts, and changing project needs.
• Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, project engineers, executive leadership, and field teams.
• Manage punch lists, project completion, and closeout activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites while ensuring safety compliance.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
• Construction scheduling and construction drawing interpretation skills.
• Subcontractor management experience.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and field problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
