Technical Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in QA with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Automation: Hands-on experience building frameworks from scratch (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or PyTest).
CI/CD: Deep expertise in integrating automation suites with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java; SQL; and API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high-performing QA team.
Own the strategy for automated nightly test runs and CI/CD test gates.
Establish and track critical quality metrics (test coverage, defect escape rate, cycle time).
Manage the triage process and provide "Go/No-Go" recommendations for releases.
